SPOCE provide PRINCE2® training in Birmingham on an almost weekly basis and are happy to schedule additional courses in our own venue or within your training organisation. PRINCE2® Training Birmingham can be taken with or without exams and is the perfect way to study for those that are more comfortable with a traditional classroom environment. Our expert team of PeopleCert approved trainers with an average of 15 years’ experience in teaching, will deliver the full PRINCE2® course (Foundation & Practitioner) over 5 days. Other course approaches include eLearning, ONLIVE Virtual Classroom, and bespoke on-site client events (if there are more than 4 delegates that you wish to train).
PRINCE2® Foundation level training with SPOCE in our Birmingham location is the entry level qualification so you do not need any other project qualifications to sit this course. It will provide you with a general understanding of the PRINCE2® terminology and an understanding of the processes, themes and principles that underpin the method. PRINCE2® Foundation Birmingham training courses are taken over a 3 days period from Monday to Wednesday and you can sit your PRINCE2® Foundation exam on the final day if you wish.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Birmingham is a 2-day training course that follows directly after the Foundation level. It is suitable for those that wish to progress their knowledge and experience and is a must for those working in organisation’s that require their project teams to be able to apply PRINCE2® in a practical way.

PRINCE2® training Birmingham with SPOCE is a mixture of input and practical sessions, delivered by a PeopleCert approved trainer with practical experience of project management and the PRINCE2® methodology. PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner courses at our Birmingham venue allow delegates the option of studying foundation and practitioner together or as separate courses.
SPOCE PRINCE2® Birmingham training includes a wealth of resources that delegates can tap into before and during their training. Our highly acclaimed online event preparation and other resources enable delegates to apply an understanding of PRINCE2® during their course, exams and in their succeeding careers. Pre-course study should be approximately 5-10 hours prior to the start of your course so that you are well prepared and have a basic understanding of what the course will cover.
SPOCE'S flexible approach to the management of the PRINCE2® courses means that delegates can choose to either continue from the PRINCE2® Foundation course for a further two days to complete PRINCE2® Practitioner certification, or stagger the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification and return at a later date to complete the PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam.

The Hallmark Hotel Birmingham is a short taxi ride from Birmingham New Street and very close to the M5 in leafy Edgbaston. There is also plenty of free parking on site too.
