The new Propath study route is the perfect way to use your ELCAS allowance. You can choose to do a combi course in one year and take yourself to Practitioner status for two of the three certifications required. You can then take the final qualification in the following year. Or, you can simply study one title a year for your three years allowance, whichever you like. This study route is a game changer on any CV for our heroes in the military entering resettlement or for those still in service that want to enhance their project and programme management skills in their military roles.
