To be eligible to book your APM (Association for Project Management) examination through your learning provider, you need to accumulate a total of 20 hours of Guided Learning.
Guided Learning is defined as learning under the immediate guidance or supervision of a member of the accredited provider (SPOCE).
Guided Learning Required Hours: 20
Definition: Learning that takes place under the direct guidance or supervision of an accredited provider. Purpose: To ensure that you receive the necessary support and immediate feedback during your study.
Logging Hours: You need to log and accumulate these hours before booking your exam.
Required Hours: 13
Definition: Development activities that are not under the immediate guidance or supervision of an accredited provider. Purpose: To allow for self-directed study and development in addition to guided learning.
Logging Hours: Your learning package includes everything required to meet this criterion without the need to log progress manually.

The learning hours/content provided might exceed the notional or recommended hours of learning required for each section. You do not need to complete all listed guided learning activities, but you must ensure you log and accumulate the required 20 hours before booking your exam.
