Of the traditional project management methods, PRINCE2® is the most commonly used in the world, there has also been a rapid increase in the number of organisations using agile project management. Often the approaches are seen to be exclusive. You either use an agile approach or you use a traditional waterfall project management approach that deals with the project in stages. Many organisations are now using both types of approach together very successfully and finding that a 'hybrid' approach to project management covers all the bases. PRINCE2 Agile® gives guidance on how to use these very different approaches to projects together in a blended approach that maximises on both of their strengths.The strength of PRINCE2® lies in its areas of project direction and project management. The various tools and techniques of agile ways of working have strengths that lie in product delivery, flexibility and responsiveness in order to fulfil customer needs. PRNCE2 Agile is a perfect hybrid that allows the project team to run projects in a PRINCE2 way within an agile environment. Along with a solid introduction to PRINCE2, the approach explores the more popular and successful ways of agile working such as SCRUM, Kanban and Lean.

Welcome to PRINCE2 Agile OnDemand! 6 months access to the full session recordings of our live virtual classroom courses. If you are the type of candidate that likes the support of the classroom but do not want to travel and do not have the time to spend studying this approach in one go, then OnDemand is for you. The sessions you receive follow the syllabus and take you through the study route just as you would do on the virtual classroom course. You can view live delegate feedback and watch the trainer as they take the class through the syllabus and exam prep study sessions. You can even take your exams online too!
Our accredited PRINCE2 Agile® course OnDemand can also be used to support your claim for up to 30 Category-C PDUs for the PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements Scheme (CCRS).

PRINCE2 Agile® OnDemand course contains learning modules for both Foundation & Practitioner study level where required. Please note that when studying for the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner exam, a copy of the latest PRINCE2 Agile® Manual is required. This is included in the OnDemand Practitioner packages.
The Foundation course takes approximately 24 hours to view from start to finish and the Practitioner course approximately 10 hours but you can revisit this as many times as you like within the 6 month access period.

PRINCE2 Agile® Online Foundation and Practitioner Exams
Take your PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation exam and/or Practitioner exam online! This online exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange online exams.
Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®,Windows7®, Windows Vista®, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).
