This gave us the perfect grounding to set up a corporate PMO at a time when the Council began its journey to transform services. National Grid Transco has implemented PRINCE2 as the standard project management method. SPOCE provided their web based portal for the project method as we as training our Project Managers for the qualifications. The training was well received with plenty of good feedback from the Project Manager
