APM-PFQ Passport and APM-PMQ Passport is the leading accredited e-Learning for Association for Project Management's (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and Project Management Qualification (PMQ). It aims to provide you with a straightforward (self-paced) route to achieve your APM qualification. This e-Learning package is available as web based online access. There are no pre-requisites for this product, although exposure to a project environment would be beneficial.
APM-PFQ Passport and APM-PMQ Passport have now been assigned a new study requirement by APM for candidates that wish to become accredited. Candidates must achieve a number of 'Guided Learning' (directly supervised training ) hours to support their direct learning (eLearning) hours. This means that those who purchase an eLearning package with exam who wish to become 'accredited' must purchase either one of the 'Blended' packages below, which now include the required hours of 'guided learning.' Guided learning in this instance means 'directly supervised live training.' For PFQ this requirement is 13 hours and for PMQ this is 32 hours. See packages below. For those wishing to study APM without the exam or wish to top up their existing guided learning, we also have exam study options without exam.
Our accredited e-learning can also be used to support your claim for up to 15 CPD/PDUs (APM-PFQ) or 35 CPD/PDUs (APM-PMQ) for related Qualifications you might hold (such as PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements Scheme (CCRS). , AXELOS APDs, etc).

APM has a specific learning directive for any delegate wishing to become accredited with APM. For PFQ delegates this is 13 hours directed study (for example eLearning) and 20 hours guided study (live training) and for PMQ the directive is 40 hours directed learning and 32 hours guided learning. When you purchase a 'Blended Package' the training and resources supplied fulfil this requirement so that your exam (should you reach the pass mark) is accredited. APM - PFQ and PMQ Passport blended are accredited for and contain everything you need to achieve a good understanding of the competencies required to achieve the APM - PFQ Project Fundamentals Qualification and APM PMQ Project Management Qualification based on the latest BoKv7.
Course Content
It is mandatory for delegates that wish to become accredited with APM PFQ to complete a minimum of 13 hours directed learning (supplied in exam prep package) and 20 hours guided learning. If you have not gained your guided learning hours elsewhere, we highly recommend that you purchase a 'Blended PFQ Package' to ensure that all the necessary hours of study have been gained. Likewise, delegates that wish to become accredited with APM PMQ need to complete a minimum of 32 hours directed learning (supplied in exam prep package) and 40 hours guided learning. If you have not gained your guided study hours elsewhere, we highly recommend that you purchase a 'Blended PMQ Package' to ensure that all the necessary hours of study have been gained
Purchasing any of these products provides you with a license to use Passport for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. During this period the product is supported to ensure that the content is consistent with the method syllabus. The e-Learning and the Exams are valid for 6 months from the date of the initial purchase.

It is advisable to identify a date for completion of the self study to help focus on completion. 3 weeks notice applicable to arrange the exam. Failure to attend your confirmed exam event may result in transfer charges being applied (see Terms & Conditions).

Online Exams
Take your APM exam online! This exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange online exams.
