PRINCE2® is the world’s most popular Project Management approach and with SPOCE PRINCE2® training in Manchester, you will learn the basics and application of the world’s most popular approach to project management.
SPOCE provide PRINCE2® training in Manchester on an almost weekly basis and are happy to schedule additional courses if there is a requirement. PRINCE2® Training Manchester can be taken with or without exams and is ideal if you prefer to study with the support of the traditional classroom environment. Our expert team of PeopleCert approved trainers with an average of 15 years’ experience in teaching the method, will deliver the full PRINCE2® course (Foundation & Practitioner) over 5 days. Other course approaches include eLearning, ONLIVE Virtual Classroom, and bespoke on-site client events (if there are more than 4 delegates that you wish to train).
PRINCE2® Foundation level training with SPOCE in our Manchester location is the entry level qualification that provides delegates with a general understanding of the PRINCE2® terminology, the themes, processes and principles underpinning this globally recognised approach. It is the main prerequisite to PRINCE2® Practitioner and it suitable for anyone that works within or needs a general understanding of how PRINCE2® projects are run. PRINCE2® Foundation Manchester training courses are taken over a 3 day period from Monday to Wednesday with your PRINCE2® Foundation exam on a Wednesday.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Manchester is a 2-day training course that follows directly after the Foundation training. It delves into the application of the approach in much more detail, teaching delegates how to apply it within their own organisation.

PRINCE2® training Manchester with SPOCE is a mixture of input and practical sessions, delivered by a PeopleCert approved trainer with practical experience of project management and the PRINCE2® methodology. SPOCE'S flexible approach to the management of the PRINCE2® courses means that delegates can choose to either continue from the PRINCE2® course for a further two days to complete PRINCE2® Practitioner certification or sit Foundation level only.
SPOCE PRINCE2® Manchester training begins with excellent pre-course preparation materials that will ensure so you have a basic understanding of the approach and how the course is run by the time you start. We recommend that you take between 5-10 hours to complete this. The course comes with highly acclaimed online event preparation, course books and official PRINCE2® manual so you have all the support tools you need to apply an understanding of PRINCE2® during your stay at our Manchester venue.
