PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management has been developed with a two-tier qualification structure. PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation Training is designed for individuals who are new to PRINCE2® and are working in or around an agile project environment. The course covers an overview of PRINCE2® 7, an introduction to agile and how to apply the two together. The PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation exam aims to gauge your knowledge and recall of the PRINCE2 Agile® method. The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner qualification is to demonstrate that you can apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile® in a scenario situation.
The new guidance and training helps experienced PRINCE2® team members tailor management controls for agile development, while helping 'agilistas' understand PRINCE2® governance requirements.
Pre-requisite: You can attend the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation training course with no pre-requisite qualification. However to sit the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Exam, Candidates must hold any of the following (current) project management certifications: PRINCE2® 7 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)*, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)* or IMPA Levels A,B, C and D (Certified Project Director).
