PRINCE2 Agile Foundation training course is designed for individuals who are new to PRINCE2 and are working in or around an agile project environment. The course covers an overview of PRINCE2, an introduction to agile and how to apply the two together.
The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam aims to gauge your knowledge and recall of the PRINCE2 Agile® method.
The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner qualification is to demonstrate that you can apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile® in a scenario situation.
The new guidance and training helps experienced PRINCE2® team members tailor management controls for agile development, while helping 'agilistas' understand PRINCE2® governance requirements.
Pre-requisite: You can attend the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation training course with no pre-requisite qualification. However to sit the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Exam,
Candidates must hold any of the following (current) project management certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP)*, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)* or IMPA Levels A,B, C and D (Certified Project Director).
