* Price match promise: We believe that all our courses offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find. However, if, while researching your purchase, you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met: 1.The two courses must be like for like courses. For example, be the same approach, level, learning method, duration with or without exams and accrediting body (PRINCE2 by PeopleCert). 2. The price must be exclusive of VAT when matched. 3. The course you are price matching must not be part of a sale or promotion and must be currently available. 4. UK based courses only. 5. You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. a link to the product page on the relevant website showing the product price or an official quote. 6. Interest free payment plans: In order that we can provide our clients with affordable access to professional training, SPOCE can assist you to arrange personal finance (0% APR representative)for your course via PayItMonthly. uk. Unfortunately, this is not available for corporate/client events or e-Learning courses.0% finance is available for Classroom-based and ONLIVE training courses as listed on our website www.spoce.com. By proceeding with any such agreement please be advised that you are consenting to a credit check being made with the credit reference agencies (CRAs). Under this finance arrangement, your course cost will be repayable by a non-refundable deposit followed by between 3 and 12 equal monthly payments, with the total repayable equal to the original purchase cost. Your deposit will be taken from your credit/debit card and subsequent monthly payments by Direct Debit from a suitable bank account under the name PayItMonthly FlexP. After the 14-day cooling-off period, or course attendance, whichever is earlier, your finance cannot be cancelled. Refunds after the 14 day cooling off period are not available under the Personal Finance Option. If you need to re-schedule (transfer) your course, the transfer charges above apply –payable immediately by card as these cannot be added to the PFO. Free aftercare – purchase of any fully priced course with exams through SPOCE Project Management entitles you to the FREE Aftercare package. In the event of delegates needing brush up on more study beore exams OR to re-sit their exams, SPOCE offer 6 months unlimited access to the e-Learning or ONLIVE Virtual Classroom equivalent of the course that they have booked. Access under this benefit is only given for the course title that has been purchased and when the course is purchased as either a classroom or virtual classroom course. Access under this benefit is ‘only’ where the learning option for that title approach is available as an e-Learning or Virtual Classroom option. This includes for e-Learning: PRINCE2®, MSP®, PRINCE2 Agile®, AgilePM®, APMPFQ and ITIL®. This includes for virtual classroom: PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile® and AgilePM®. ONLIVE access is subject to availability of scheduled courses. This benefit is only available upon request at point of purchase.
Exam Resit SafetyNet - The Exam Resit SafetyNet is available with SPOCE classroom courses and virtual classroom courses purchased at the full published website price. The Exam Resit SafetyNet is not transferable to any other person.The Exam Resit SafetyNet includes one exam resit for any level of exam - i.e. Foundation, Practitioner, etc. The exam resit must be taken within three months of the original exam. Exams are only available through SPOCE, and are not transferable to any other organisation. Individuals qualifying for the Exam Resit SafetyNet must state this when contacting SPOCE to arrange exam resit dates. If a candidate passes their original exam(s) on the first attempt, the free exam resit becomes void. Only applicable to 3 Day and 5 Day Classroom and Virtual Classroom events purchased directly from SPOCE at full price (without any form of discount or reductions). Excludes APM - PMQ training events. No cash equivalent or refund is available.
FREE Training – purchase any full classroom, virtual classroom or 6-month e-Learning course with exams from SPOCE and you will be able to register for FREE Training as part of your package. The training offered is limited to the SPOCE range of e-Learning and ONLIVE Virtual Classroom courses. SPOCE gives you unlimited access to any other e-Learning or Virtual Classroom title until the end of the 6-month period. This includes for e-Learning: PRINCE2®, MSP®, PRINCE2 Agile®, AgilePM®, APM PFQ, ITIL Foundation®, Resilia™, GDPR, BCS Business Analysis and Better Business Cases™. This includes for virtual classroom: PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile® and AgilePM®. ONLIVE access is subject to availability of scheduled courses. Exams and manuals for the additional titles must be purchased to gain access to the FREE Training. This benefit is only available upon request at point of purchase.
SPOCE Loyalty Discount - Pay full price for any classroom, ONLIVE Virtual Classroom or eLearning course and if you purchase another course witin 12 months then you will receive a 10% discount. Purchase an additional two courses within 12 months at full price and you will recieve a 20% discount on those courses. The Exam Resit SafetyNet is not included in this offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is only available when courses have been purchased at full price as advertised on our website.
Recommend a friend offer - The refer-a-friend promotion is a £50 reward to be sent to a referrer and friend or colleague that they have referred (the referee) after the successful purchase of a SPOCE Project Management course. A ‘successful’ course is one that qualifies as being delivered by SPOCE Project Management within the next 6 months and has website value of £500 or more excl. VAT (inclusive of whether there is an offer on the course or not). e-Learning courses need to have commenced 14 days prior to receiving the eCards and classroom / virtual classroom courses have been completed by the referred. Referees: The referee offer is available to all delegates that purchase a ‘successful’ SPOCE course. Limited to 1 ecard per referee. Referees must use the reference code Rec1 at the point of purchase and provide the SPOCE advisor with the name and email address of the referrer. Referrer: The referrer is not limited to the number of referrals they can make but the eCard will only be issued to them if the course purchased by the referee is successful. This offer is excluded to partners, resellers and employees of SPOCE Project Management. The reward: is a £50 Amazon eCard that can be redeemed for the value of anything on the Amazon website. The eCard will be sent to both referrer and referee 14 days after the purchase of a course using the reference code Rec1. The Process: 14 days after purchase both the referrer and referee will be sent an email from SPOCE to advise that their recommendation offer is being processed. They will be asked to confirm receipt of this email before the eCard is issued. The eCard will then be issued to both parties via this email.
