There are no catches. Unlike other training providers, SPOCE will not check your previous results, or rely on a report from the trainer about the effort you put in. It's simply a free resit for you if you need it.

The Exam Resit SafetyNet is available with SPOCE classroom courses purchased at the published website price.
The Exam Resit SafetyNet is not transferable to any other person.
The Exam Resit SafetyNet includes one exam resit for any level of exam - i.e. Foundation, Practitioner, etc.
The exam resit must be taken within three months of the original exam.
Exams are only available through SPOCE, and are not transferable to any other organisation.
Individuals qualifying for the 'Exam Resit SafetyNet' must state this when contacting SPOCE to arrange exam resit dates.
If a candidate passes their original exam(s) on the first attempt, the free exam resit becomes void.
