On-site training: We deliver bespoke, on-site team workshops and courses if you have 5 or more delegates that wish to be trained at the same time. In this instance, a SPOCE lead trainer will deliver the training at the premises of your choice. Location (provided there are no external travel restrictions) is not a problem for us and we have delivered training all over the world. This approach not only maximises engagement, team collaboration, and real-time problem-solving, it also means we can tailor the budget, schedule and content to your requirments.

Our classroom courses are a supportive and collaborative experience where you will get to learn in a group, sharing your experience with other professionals and applying the method we are teaching to your working life. The majority of SPOCE's classroom training consists of pre-course materials that provide attendees the opportunity to prepare for the course. During the course, the combination of trainer presentations, individual and group tasks, and workshopped flip chart diagrams help delegates to understand and learn the subject.

Our public Virtual Classroom courses: SPOCE have been delivering our ONLIVE Virtual Classroom solution for a number of years. If you have multiple delegates that wish to book on one of our courses then please let us know so we can discuss a bespoke pricing package.
Virtual Classroom tailored for your organisation: If you have 5 or more delegates that would like to train with us and you wish the course to be delivered bespoke to your organisation then we can conduct this via Virtual Classroom. SPOCE's industry leading innovative e-Learning "Passport" is available for studying a variety of courses including the PRINCE2® and MSP® methods. Multiple licenses can be purchased for your organisation and there are big economies of scale. Packages range from awareness through to practitioner level and while the average license period is for 6 months, we can work this around what is required by your team. Our e-Learning packages are split into user friendly modules that directly follow the syllabus and come with the following features:

Although studying via live trainer can be the preferred option for many delegates, sometimes it is not feasible to have entire teams absent from their daily tasks for long periods of time, so SPOCE have developed an 'OnDemand' learning option that allows organisations to purchase a number of licenses to our ONLIVE Virtual Classroom recording. Your team can then can access recordings of the live Virtual Classroom training events at a time which is more convenient both for them and your organisation. Similar to our e-Learning model, licenses can be purchased in any volume and for any period of time (although 6 months is the average) but the experience is almost identical to Virtual Classroom. The only exception is that there will be no live interaction. Follow-on trainer support comes as part of this package.

SPOCE's workshops and facilitation events are tailored to the organisation, and focus around the programmes and projects that attendees are directly involved with.
