Change management V3 has a brand new slimmed down study guide made avaialble to all practitioner candidates. The syllabus itself has also had a revamp which brings fresh new topics like organisational context and change leadership. New areas that acknowledge the changing project and prgramme environment include Agile, Psychological Safety and Data Analytics.
So what is so different about choosing the OnDemand study route to achieve your Change Management certification? Sometimes we want the feel of a (virtual) classroom and the sense of interaction with our trainer that the classroom provides, but we just don't have a the time to spend attending classes for a full week and do not want to travel. This makes our OnDemand learning option the perfect solution. Visit the classroom environment as many times as you like with our 6 months access period. The sessions you receive follow the syllabus and take you through the study route just as you would do in the virtual classroom course. You can view live delegate feedback and watch the trainer as they take the class through the syllabus and exam prep study sessions.
Our accredited Change Management course OnDemand can also be used to support your claim for up to 30 Category-C PDUs for the PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements Scheme (CCRS). See all about earning and claiming your PDUs.

Change Management OnDemand course contains 5 learning modules andf 21 lessons overall for both Foundation & Practitioner. Please note that when studying for the Change Management Practitioner exam, a copy of the latest Change Management Study Guide is required. This is included in the OnDemand Practitioner packages.
The Foundation course takes approximately 24 hours to view from start to finish and the Practitioner course approximately 10 hours but you can revisit this as many times as you like within the 6 month access period.

Change Management Online Foundation and Practitioner Exams
Take your Change Management Foundation exam and/or Practitioner exam online! This online exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange online exams.
Any recent Desktop/Laptop/Tablet with internet connectivity and based on a modern operating system (Windows8®,Windows7®, Windows Vista®, MAC OSX, Linux, iPad iOS 7, Kindle Fire, Android based Tablets) with a latest version of the Web Browser viz. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11, (Safari on MAC OSX).
