Change Management V3 Passport is the leading accredited e-Learning for Change Management. It aims to provide you with a straightforward (self-paced) route to becoming an Change Management certified registered practitioner. This e-Learning package is available as web based online access. There are no pre-requisites for this product, although experience in a project environment would be beneficial.
Change Management has undergone some big changes lately, making it even more aligned to today's environment. There is a new streamlined study guide available to all candidates and a revamped syllabus. This contains some new topics such as 'organisational context' and 'change leadership.' There is a clearer 'change strategy' and emphasis on co-design and some completely new topics such as 'Agile, psychological safety and data analytics.'
Our accredited e-learning can also be used to support your claim for up to 25 Category-C PDUs for the PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements Scheme (CCRS). .

Change Management Passport contains learning modules for both Foundation & Practitioner study, you can purchase them separately or together. There are a total of 5 modules containing a total of 21 lessons. There are also presentation slides, support materials, trainer support and mock papers to try.
Please note that when studying for the Practitioner exams, a copy of the Change Management study guide can be taken into the exam and this is supplied to all candidates.
Change Management Passport - e-Learning only options are also available and exams can be purchased at a later date.
To complete the Introduction level competency, we recommend about 5 hours for learning and reflection. 20 hours for Foundation level and about 30 hours (cumulative) for Practitioner level study and qualification. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the e-Learning, reference to the Change Management Guide and other support documents and completion of the Practical Tasks and Tests. Depending on other commitments, you will require anything from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete this learning.
Purchasing this product provides you with a license to use Change Management Passport for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. During this period the product is supported to ensure that the content is consistent with the method syllabus. The e-Learning and Practitioner Exams are valid for 6 months from the date of the initial purchase.
If you find that time passes by more quickly than you thought, then you can extend the license by contacting support@spoce.com
It is advisable to identify a date for completion of the self study to help focus on completion. 3 weeks notice applicable to arrange the exam. Failure to attend your confirmed exam event may result in transfer charges being applied (see Terms & Conditions).

Online Foundation and Practitioner Exams
This exam option is available using your own webcam and microphone (Valid ID required) and allows you to take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a convenient time without the need for a physical invigilator.
Please note a minimum of 3 weeks notice is normally applicable to arrange online exams.

or Purchase the Passport Introduction e-Learning, you can swap the amount paid at any time when you upgrade to the Foundation & Practitioner eLearning
2. Using Passport, study the method until you are ready to take the exams
