Harley will also take you through how to become a Chartered Project Professional yourself when you study APM. APM (Association for Project Management) is the only organisation in the world to be given chartered status in the project management industry. The PFQ course is the entry level qualification in their suite of project management qualifications and is the perfect course to take for anyone wishing to know the basics in project management. PRINCE2® 7...the worlds most popular project approach gets a makeover
PRINCE2® with its long awaited update has now arrived and lead trainer Harley Richards is here to walk you through the major principles and practices of this globally recognised certification. PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) as a project management method, is one of the most tried and tested approaches to managing projects (30 years running). With its stronghold in 150 countries, it is the most globally recognised project management approach in the world. PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that can be applied regardless of project scale, type, organisation, geography or culture. It is an integrated framework of processes and themes which address the planning, delegation, monitoring, and control of the aspects of project performance involved in any project such as: costs, timescales, quality ect. PRINCE2® 7 is the recently updated edition, modernising certain elements such as change management, Soft Skills, the project office, data and sustainability. This also opens up the approach to make ‘PRINCE2® for everyone’ with easily applied scenarios and simple to understand language. Fact: Did you now that SPOCE was the first ever training organisation to deliver PRINCE2®?
Business Change Management
This course focuses on the practical aspects of effective change management as it relates to change and the individual; change and the organisation; communications and stakeholder engagement and change management practice. The course is entirely complementary to formal portfolio, programme, and project management approaches (such as MOP®, MSP©, and PRINCE2©) but knowledge of these approaches is not a pre-requisite for certification. Through study of selected sections of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook the course provides a practical and informative pathway of understanding through the maze of principles, theories and the practice of change management. It gives a solid platform for clear best practice thinking and the application of a range of proven change management tools and techniques for achieving successful change. Did you know that Change Management is owned by APMG and SPOCE was the very first training organisation on their books?
Download our latest templates, eBooks, course outlines and articles so that you have all the information that you may need to make an informed choice about using the methods effectively and indeed what next. Additional resources, offers and 90 minutes free overview included in this registration.
