PRINCE2® with its long awaited update has now arrived and lead trainer Harley Richards is here to walk you through the major principles and practices of this globally recognised certification. PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) as a project management method, is one of the most tried and tested approaches to managing projects (30 years running). With its stronghold in 150 countries, it is the most globally recognised project management approach in the world. PRINCE2® is a structured project management method that can be applied regardless of project scale, type, organisation, geography or culture. It is an integrated framework of processes and themes which address the planning, delegation, monitoring, and control of the aspects of project performance involved in any project such as: costs, timescales, quality ect. PRINCE2® 7 is the recently updated edition, modernising certain elements such as change management, Soft Skills, the project office, data and sustainability. Business Change Management

This course focuses on the practical aspects of effective change management as it relates to change and the individual; change and the organisation; communications and stakeholder engagement and change management practice. The course is entirely complementary to formal portfolio, programme, and project management approaches (such as MOP®, MSP©, and PRINCE2©) but knowledge of these approaches is not a pre-requisite for certification. Through study of selected sections of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook the course provides a practical and informative pathway of understanding through the maze of principles, theories and the practice of change management.
