This month, we are very pleased to present free APM and Change Management® overviews in partnership with 'not for profit' Healthcare Project & Change Association (HPCA). HPCA and SPOCE Project Management recommend APM (Association for Project Management) study route for anyone involved in projects within the healthcare industry. APM is also a 'not for profit' organisation and its Project Fundamentals Qualification is considered the 'goto' certification for anyone that is involved in projects in any capacity. Business Change Management training focuses on the people involved and affected by change in your organisation. For change to be successful, the right people need to be involved in making the decisions, planning and implementing the change.
In association with the HPCA we are offering free 90 minute virtual classroom overview sessions dedicated each to APM and Change Management. The sessions will cover the fundamentals of the certification, what is covered in the syllabus, the main learning objectives and how to follow the route to chartered status (for APM).
It's simple, click below to sign up. You will receive a link 48 hours before the session. Please try and test it before the day. Then just click in and join the session. Don't forget to click 'yes' to approved partners if you would like to subscribe to the HPCA newsletter.
Feel free to forward to a friend or colleague that you feel may be interested in this.

We have a 30 year long standing history delivering project, programme and change management training. Our specialty is delivering in-house training courses to clients in the healthcare industry, some of which are Dorset Healthcare, Southampton General, University Hospital Dorset, Frimley Hospital and South London and Maudsley NHS. We tailor the delivery of these courses and their content to the needs of the client, who are often dealing with large transformation initiatives at any one time. Along with in-house training on premises, we offer ONLIVE Virtual Classroom courses for those clients that struggle to get their teams on one premises. For organisations that find it difficult to have their teams out together, we have self-study options such as traditional e-Learning and On-Demand Virtual Classroom recordings. Whatever the training needs of our healthcare clients, our objective is to tailor the content of our courses and the training programme itself to their needs.
