The introduction of PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner in 2015 enabled delegates to study the application of agile methods within the PRINCE2® environment. In short, it was an extension to the existing PRINCE2® model and required prior knowledge of PRINCE2® for an understanding on how this can be applied. However, while PRINCE2 Agile® creates the perfect balance for those wishing to apply the customer centric and highly flexible agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban within the structured framework of PRINCE2®, it was not available to study as a stand-alone method. Now it is!
