PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner was the first of the PRINCE2 Agile® product suite to be launched by AXELOS in 2015 and was developed in order to respond to increasing demand for an agile approach to project management that also wished to retain the structured framework of PRINCE2® - the world’s most popular and universal approach to project management.
PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation now introduces the agile approaches to project management such as SCRUM and Kanban at entry level, where delegates can learn the terminology and gain a basic understanding of the differences and similarities between agile approaches.
If you ever take part in delivering projects in an agile environment or are part of the wider project team then an understanding of PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation will be of great interest to you. As this is an entry qualification it is also suitable for any key stakeholders that are involved in delivering projects.
Also, this approach is effective for programme managers who need to understand how the programme relates to projects and how the project relates to the delivery mechanism. Also included in the interest group are other key delivery team staff including product owners, scrum masters and developers that require more structure to their method of working.
