APMG (Examination Institute for Change Management) have streamlined the guide into two clear sections:
• Foundation Level: Covers the basics you need to get started.
• Practitioner Level: Dives deeper into advanced topics and strategies.
The best news is that this is being made exclusively available to everyone that enrols in the certification.
The syllabus has undergone a major overhaul, with new topic areas that reflect the latest in change management thinking.

Exam remains 2.5 hours in duration and the pass mark is still 40 marks but there are now 5 compulsory questions instead of 4.
